Chapter XX: The Legacy: The Dawn of the Fallen Angels

Joey was sitting just behind me. He was enjoying sipping the black coffee while looking through the window. I heard him murmured something to his self but it was in a Hebrew language. “Hey Joey!” I spoke out loud since I was sitting in front of him. “Yes my princess,” he answered. “You scared the hell our butts Joey. How come you are here? You are supposed to be in Shangri-La. You are not part of the team. Besides, I can manage myself. My siblings are with me. So why bother to come with us?” I was so smug. Joey gulped all the black coffee before he answered me. “Wow, you bombarded me with so many questions dear. Do I have to repeat myself again Abby? Well you know since you were born, I had been protecting you. I told you already about this. This is my mission until the time comes that you can be on your own. Did I make myself clear my princess?” declared Joey. I just answered bluntly, “Okay copy Sir.”  I heard Joey said softly, “Excellent kid and modesty aside, Richard is there.”

The ensuing of the night was not that dark and void at all. I could see stars blinking, twinkling in the darkness. I smiled. I remembered when I was two years old, my dad flew me up in the sky at night just to watch the stars twinkling, blinking and flickering. They decorated the sky like diamonds that you wanna picked them one by one. Yet all you could do is just watch their opulence of beauty. Down, I could see also millions of fluorescent and neon lights flickering in the dark. The lights gave so much beauty and mystery to the darkness.

I remained silent for few hours until I felt drowsy at the end that I had to close my eyes to sleep but my subconscious mind was very much alert. My subconscious mind was my autopilot when I sleep. It could receive and transmit messages. I could sense if there was danger. I could transform my imagination to reality. I was always good at this.  I was in the middle of my sleep when I heard a message from Kalil. “I have been waiting for you Abigail.”  His voice was so gentle and calm. I saw his image finally in front of me without the self-made projector of Khail with a boy beside him like my age. His son. They both were smiling together at me and welcoming me.  Then they were gone. I opened my eyes my heart pounding fast. I blurted out, “He and his son are expecting me.”  “Who?” queried Mikhail.  “Kalil and Alan,” I said. “So they know you are coming Abby. They are prepared and they are starting psychological war with you. They look too innocent and angelic but they are dangerous and a threat. Erasing memories are their masterpiece. So be careful. Kalil may overpower your mind.” Mikhail reminded me. I just nodded my head but at the back of my mind, I sense something different. Kalil and his son, Alan are not evils. That I need to find this out! I blurted out again absentmindedly. “His son has a violet eyes and a wavy curly hair like mine. I find him very attractive looking guy and enchanting.  There is something in eyes that magnetize me.”  They never reacted to my statement. It looked like they were dumbfounded. I found their reactions peculiar so I asked, “Anything wrong to what I said?” “Abby, I know it is normal for you to get attracted to guys but it is against the rule. You are in a mission. You need to fix these people not being attracted to Kalil’s son,” reminded Mikhail. “I know my limitations of course,” I snapped back. “Don’t fret, Abby or this plane will plummet down,” teased Darwin. “Hey stop pissing me off.”

“Shhhhh” Joey reminded us to keep quiet. Everybody was silent and thanks for Joey, my siblings never tried to tease me again. We were almost 5 hours on board and I succumbed to boredom. I went to the wash room to pee. Then I washed my hands and face with a perfumed bar soap. I wiped my face with a soft pink face towel while staring at the mirror in front of me. I inspected my face few minutes. My ego told me, "What a beautiful lady you are." I laughed and said, "You are conceited Abigail." I guess it was natural for me to be conscious how I look. I was in my puberty age. I was on the brink of leaving the wash room when I noticed a purple rose on the basin. I had never seen a purple rose. This one was so unique.  There was no purple rose when I came in so I said to myself. “How come there is a purple rose here? My spine chilled. My stomach churned.  I picked the purple rose. I read the small note tagged to it. It said, “I am so glad we will finally meet. My father talks many things about you. It is me, Alan.”  I find this mysterious. How come Alan can penetrate the plane when it is shield by invincible wall? Does it mean that Alan has  the same power as mine.? My heart raced fast again. I tucked the note in my pocket and throw the purple rose in the garbage. I don't want them to see this.

I returned to my seat without saying any words but my heart was still hammering loudly inside. I closed my eyes. I let my mind traveled to Greece. It traveled a speed of light. Rainbow colors kept on flashing and dancing back and forth, rotating, wiggling, spiraling while it traveled.  Finally, it reached the home of Kalil. I saw Alan in the garden dressed in a sporty outfit. He was holding a bow and an arrow. Archery the favorite sports of angels. He had a perfect body built at the age of 12. His body was muscular and sturdy.  What could a woman ask for?   He stopped when he saw thousands of butterflies flying around. The butterflies made a letter formation in the air that read, “I AM READY.” Then I said to him, “Chase the butterflies.”  He charmingly smiled and my heart melts.

Chapter XIX: The Legacy: The Dawn of the Fallen Angels

The dusk finally took its tool. We took a chartered plane from Tokyo International airport at exactly 9:00 pm as scheduled. The weather was sublime and cooperative. I knew leaving the portals of Khail’s mansion; I would not be protected by the invincible walls that Joey built. I knew that leaving the mansion would open me up to knowledge about legacy and the incredible wealth. Leaving the Japan too would be my first exposure to human world since I was under the custody of Khail. With me were my super-duper extraordinary siblings who would risk their lives for my protection.

I wonder why dad has to let us board the plane to Greece when we can fly and reach Greece in a matter of few minutes. This is an exhausting and boring flight. I would rather love to fly and let the small wings in my ankles flicker back and forth. I'd like to feel myself flying like Tinkerbell with her small dragon-like wings flickering.  See the objects below like they are microbe gasping for life.  See the splendid beauty of the earth. See the colossal blue water divided by  lands. I raised my both arms upward and uttered, “Oh this is freedom. I love it.”

I saw Mikhail winked at me who was seated just right beside me. Darwin and Stephen were seated separately near the window. Stephen was reading a woman's magazine. Darwin's  ears were plugged with earphones and eyes closed.  I bet he was listening to jazz music. His favorite piece of music. Jeez, so Stephen had a feeling for her opposite sex. I have never seen him dating gals.  Or maybe he was dating but oblivious to me. He could sneak anyway. Damn! who cares anyway? Girls could be attracted. His face was so angelic that could melt any women's heart. Women would go crazy chasing at him. Just like chasing butterflies. Just a thought that came to my mind that it made me giggled.

“Hey Abby,” called Stephen. “You have a nasty mind.”  Ops, he read my mind. “Don’t get piss,” I told Stephen. Then I made a sign of peace but I still kept on giggling.

“I am not pissed Abby. Actually, I am looking for new fashions trends in this mag. Ah what’s the name of this mag..oh yeah Seventeen. You need to wear trendy outfits not sporty one. You will look gorgeous and mature when you wear these dresses. The people in Greece must see you with a mature sophisticated look. Not a young 12 year old lass.  We need to place an order to be delivered to our suite before we reached  Thessaly.” Stephen was teasing me.

I gasped. “Oh really! Let me see that magazine. I should order for myself. Not you. How do you know about fashions?” I reacted. “Girl, I went to fashion designing school in Paris. I kept going back and forth between Japan and Paris. That is why, you can see me and you don’t sometimes but I am always with you my little sissy. Part of your father’s business is manufacturing garments. I design clothes. You have little idea how rich you are,” declared Stephen.

“Even though, I should choose what is the best outfit for me. I know my taste.” I scoffed at Stephen. My face frowning. I heard Stephen ordered clothes for me from a Bethany Boutique Store in Greece. Lots of establishments named after my mom. Dresses from famous fashions designers. I heard Stephen ordered dozens. "Gosh what would I do with those dresses," I said to myself. I abhor to hear their conversation  My inside was boiling but I needed to control my anger. When I got mad, things would not go right for all of us. I kept quiet for a moment then I dazed to sleep.

Suddenly I heard a strong force of noise just on the plane’s roof. "Thug, thug." It seemed like a big object fell on the plane's roof. I was alarmed of the noise. I sensed an eminent danger.  “An enemy?” I said to myself. “What’s up, Abby?" asked Mikhail. "I heard a noise on the roof of the plane," I said. "Yeah, I heard too," paralleled Darwin.

“Let me take a look at it. Some evil forces might be spying on us,” said Mikhail. “I’ll go along with you bro,” Darwin told Mikhail. "Abby stay here. Stephen watched over Abby," Mikhail commanded. They were about to leave when we heard a familiar sound of voice.

“There’s no need. Sorry, it was me.  I was just making a fuss to frighten all of you,” laughed Joey. I have been sitting on the plane’s roof since this plane embarked from  Japan. It was so cold outside. I need to get inside the plane.  Oh is there any coffee?” Joey never stopped talking to justify his actions.

We all stared at each other. After few minutes of silence, there  was a chorus of laughter all over the plane. Good Joey was around. At least, I was confident that no harm will be afflicted on us. Eventually I was not scared with this journey. I only wanted that our flight to Greece would be smooth sailing before I have to face Kalil. Thinking about this guy excites me.

“You can go to sleep guys. I just need a sip of coffee. You don’t have to worry. This plane is protected by invincible wall,” Joey declared. Joey winked at me. I smiled at him.  I tried to close my eyes. It would be a long journey to Greece. About 13 hours.

Chapter XVIII: The Legacy: The Dawn of the Fallen Angels

We all sat on the lawn in a round formation, holding each other hands as a sign of solidarity and feeling each other’s vibes. There was electromagnetic force being transmitted to each one of us. I believed that it was our spiritual powers combined together. I felt it all over my body.  Dad continued to speak. “Abby, I devoured the past although we are not directly involved in the revolt. However, in our genes, in our bloods, we are both human and angels. The truth is indispensable. We are generation charged with greater responsibility to this world. We should not fail. There is still one thing we need to fix  before going to Paris and this is your mission.”

I felt bewildered so I asked dad. “What do I have to fix, Dad? Do we have greater enemy aside from Diablo and his puppet, August?”  “Uncle Khail will explain to you what you need to fix Abby,” dad replied.

Khail started to talk. “We numbered as stars in Heaven before the rebellion. We were sinless, intelligent and in all handsomeness. After the war in Heaven, we were cast down to earth. We were divided whether to follow Diablo or we have to go on our own. Greed and selfishness were too powerful. Millions followed Diablo and build a nest they called the bottomless pit. We went on our own and we form ourselves into legions. There is one angel who neither follows Diablo nor joins our legion. He formed his own flock. He is a force to reckon with. He is feared by humans. He punishes evil men and women by castration. He believes that sexual desires caused men’s sin. They turned them into eunuchs. Or sometimes, put these men and women in a chamber and removed the bad self in them from their memories. Some became catatonic and found by authorities wandering in the streets. The authorities find this a mystery. This is his way of punishment to get world rid  from evils. His flock increase to thousands already. Removing memories from human minds is a sign of cowardly act. Humans were given by God rational thinking to choose what is right from wrong, what is good from bad. I tried to convince him few years ago to stop this dastard act but he won’t listen and he wanted to do his own way in punishing the evilness in men. Although, he may think this is the right way, this does not justify his actuation."

“Who is he?” I asked Khail. “He was one of us who revolted against God. His name is Kalil . I show you his image,” said Khail. Through Khail’s mind power, the image of Kalil is projected in front of us. He was tall, towering like 6 feet with masculine body, auburn hair and with perfectly shaped contours on his face. No signs of evil in him. All in all, he was similarly like grandfather and Khail – an angel, a fallen angel.

“Where can I find him?” I asked again.  Khail winked his left eye and the image change in the virtual projector. We were brought to the glory that was Greece. My eyes toured the opulence of Greece. Houses were usually built on the rocks in the endless coastline decorated with white pebbles. The seas were blue. The ebb of tides reaching the shore was bubbly white.  Greece reminded me of Greek mythology - the stories of gods and goddesses. Where the story sit in Olympus mountains.  The story of  power and glory and a story also of love and deceit. The story never ended and brought to the present era although it was just a myth. A myth that some people really believe that god and goddesses existed before with majestic faces.  A myth like the story of "The Knights of the Round Table" in England.

We keep on touring Greece until Khail’s virtual projector settled between the borders of the states of Thessaly and Macedonia. We saw a huge temple sitting on top of a tall mountain highly sculpted with Corinthian architecture. The architecture was magnificently amazing and pleasing to the eyes. It depicts Greek's arts and culture. I could imagine why Kalil chose Greece to be his headquarters. I presumed he wanted to be treated as God by the Greek people. Greeks were religious basing back to history. Greece was his crowning glory. I wish my presumption was wrong. I felt the surging vibes inside my body that I would not be facing a nemesis but an ally. I felt that meeting Kalil in due time would be just an acid test whether I could control my power or I would use my deliberate judgment.  “Damn! They were apt to something,” I said to myself.  Suddenly, the virtual projector stopped and it ended the discussion. I breathe deeply and exhaled out the air out from my nostrils.

I stared at Dad then turn my head right to gaze to Khail. “You’ll leave at 9:00 in the evening. You’ll be accompanied by Mikhail, Darwin and Stephen. We already booked plane tickets to Greece. You’ll be met by Cody and you’ll work with him. He is a secret agent assign in Thessaly but he is one of us. He has been conducting surveillance about the activities of Kalil.  He will discuss with you the mysteries going around in Greece. You need to stop it, Bethany. All four of you will be accommodated in Hotel Bethany,” dad said. “That is mom’s name on that hotel,” I blurted out. “We own that hotel,” dad answered back. I smiled and said softly, “It seems like we own dozen of establishment dad.”  “When you are in Paris, you will learn everything Abby,” reminded Khail. I raised both of my arms and quibbled, “Oh well, all mysteries will be unveil soon for me, right? But it will come first with a test. Okay, that sounds cool. Soon I am going to write my love story in Paris.” “Abby!” dad snapped at me. “Oh dad, I was kidding you. No worries. I am your obsequious daughter.”  “Good, you better packed your things,” daddy ordered.

I went upstairs, straight to my room. I gazed my attention to the window covered with flowery pink curtain. There was something that was instructing me to look through the window. I came closer to the window and brushed aside the curtains. There I saw a pretty woman standing, smiling and waving her right hand at me. I blinked my eyes. When I opened back my eyes, I saw her speaking to dad. I gasped my breath. It was mom talking to dad. I blinked my eyes again to be sure what I saw. They were all gone. Tears fell down from my eyes. Then I heard a knock at the door. I know it was dad. I said, “Come in dad.” “You saw your mom, Abby?” he asked. “Yes talking to you. So it was not illusion dad, right?" I asked. “She wanted this necklace to be given to you and you need to wear it all the time so she can be with you.” Daddy told me.  Dad gave me necklace. It was a beautiful necklace with a heart pendant. The pendant was glittering with small diamonds. Indeed an expensive pendant.  Inside the heart pendant was mom’s picture. I wore the necklace and let dad locked it for me. Now there were two necklaces hanging down in my neck. The necklace with angelic gold pendant I wore since I was three and necklace just given by mom. "That was my gift to your mom before we got married," declared dad. "It is so beautiful dad. Thank you so much."

Chapter XVII: The Legacy: The Dawn of the Fallen Angels

I heard a knock on the door. “Yes daddy.”  “Can I come in”, asked dad. “Sure dad,” I answered.  “Wow, my baby is a grown-up girl now. Very pretty and attractive. Your physical appearance is exactly like your mom in so many ways.  If I can only hold time in a bottle, I would still like to cuddle you like a baby. Yet no one can hold on the time. Not even in the palm of my hands. We can only reminisce what had passed. Some of the memories might have been buried already in oblivion. The only difference when I gaze at you, the memories of your mom lives on.” I saw the sadness in his angelic face.  In the depths of my being, I commiserated with him. Dad kissed me in my forehead. He smelled musk perfume. I could not trace tons of fine lines on his forehead nor silver hairs on his head at his 50’s. He was physically youthful with still strong muscular muscles. His eyes were radiantly green and nocturnal. I always love the color of his green eyes. Some people were afraid to look straight into his eyes. Those eyes represent power. His resemblance was a striking similarity of grandfather. They were mistaken as twins sometimes though. I put a big smile on my face of his comments. I drew near him, gave him a peck of kiss and spoke softly, “I love you daddy.”

“Do I have a training again?” I blurted. “Dad, grandfather trained me for almost 6 years of my life. I don’t have a life of my own since I was small. I need to live a normal life like any other kids. Have fun, go to school, have friends, maybe boyfriend. My entire life has been surrounded with angels. I never had a chance to mingle with humans.  I feel like bird imprisoned inside the cage with no freedom to choose what I ought to be. I am envious of those young pretty teens in the neighborhood. They enjoy life.  At night I can hear them titillated discussing about fashion trends, hairstyles, make-up, and of course dating. When they talked about crushes, they all giggled and pinched each other. I guess it is normal for teenagers to have crushes.” I snapped.,

“Ops that was a touché Abby. You are squawking too much. We have already set rules for you until you are at the right age. Dating is anathema to the rules imposed. Dad could not hide his irritation. When I saw that on his face I cringed. “Your grandfather went back to Shangri-la with Joey and Richard this morning. They have important agenda to put into consideration. It was very urgent! Today is your last day of training with your grandfather,” dad underscored. I jumped jubilantly and shouted. “ Ye-hey!" Dad interrupted me.  “Hush Abby. We are not done yet.” My shoulder sagged when I heard this. “Common Abby, follow me.”  I was hesitant to follow him. My inside was boiling, fists closed. My reaction started the stuffs in my room to jerk in slow movements. “There you go again Abby. Stop it!” Dad warned me. I inhaled deeply and said, “Back off.” The objects stopped moving. “Good girl! Just follow me downstairs,” dad ordered.

I obediently followed him downstairs. When we went outside, I saw my whimsical cat, Mojo. His tongue was wagging and saliva dripping. He was exhausted running after those butterflies scattered and flying everywhere. Their kaleidoscopic sets of colors were immensely an attraction to the surrounding.  “Mojo, you cannot catch them unless you fly or use a net or unless you want to be in your original form.  I reminded him. He grinned at me and wiggled his tail.  He immediately transformed back to an angel.  Haniel, the giant figure was now in front of me. I hugged him. I always do hug in appreciation for his untiring love for me.  The butterflies flocked all over him. I laughed at him. “Gee, they thought you are a sweet flower. They are hungry and looking for nectars to suck Haniel.” “Oh me? Oh no. I am not a flower. I am your soldier." He acted like a little kid and mimicked a small fragile voice. Seeing him acting this way, I giggled. Haniel giggled too  and  laughed loud. Dad was amused with us that he laughed too. “Shoo, flock to the trees.” I commanded the butterflies. They all flew back to the cherry trees. Their wings sparked brilliantly against the rays of the sun. I turned the butterflies back to light pink, light green and white cherry petals. Cherry blossoms still look awesome in summer. The beauty of nature is beyond description. The surfaces were still covered and scented with red roses. I collected about 50 red roses, threw them up in the air and turned them into white doves. The white doves flew in a V formation.

I saw Khail, my surrogate father and my siblings, Mikhail, Darwin and Stephen coming towards us. Khail’s sons were the only siblings I have. I considered them my siblings and my other true bloods since part and parcel of my life was growing up with them. They, as I would describe in a simple term were just right with me unequivocally protecting and loving me as their own. They were part of my system. I had a great fun with them under their father’s custody. I absolutely appreciate all the wonderful things they have done to me. My siblings waved their hands at me and I waved back. Mikhail was exactly my dad’s age. I was much closer to him. When he was near me, he embraced me and said, “Hmm my sissy. You are a big girl now. Time fly so fast. Look at you, you are sexy and beautiful.” I blushed. Mikhail always knew how to flatter me. Khail softly touched my shoulder. I turned around and hug him. I love this guy so much. He had sacrificed so many things for me as the sole legacy.  There was a spontaneous flow of emotions among us and a moment of silence. I could sense that I would be leaving Japan soon. The hairs in my skin rose. Japan had always been my home sweet home.

Dad began to speak.  “Abby, we plan a game, sort of a cunning device to test your ability skill. If you pass this test, we all move to Paris where my headquarters is located. We will leave Japan. I will expose you to new world and the secrets of the incredible treasures. The richest of the world! The power and the glory! You will bequeath these as agreed upon by the legions at the age of 18.  I promise that you will taste a little bit of normal life like going to school, have friends or whatever you desire to do as long as it is with the limitations of the rules.  If you fail this test, I send you to Shangri-La for another re-training.”  “Dad, by saying “we” you mean including Khail and his sons? Including Haniel?  Just a point of clarification,” I said. “Yes we all leave to Paris only if you pass this test,” dad emphasized. I was satisfied of the answer. I don't want to go to Paris without the precious people who had been sacrificing their lives and time with me. "Satisfied?" asked dad. I nodded my head and smiled. "Oh daddy, I am very pleased. Thank you so much." "As long as it makes you happy Abby, I am happy too."

Whether I pass the test or not is big question mark for me. I knew it would be a deceptive test. My heart started to leap and bounce. I love games according to my desire. I love to manipulate scenarios according to my will. I don’t want to go back re-retraining with grandfather. Not that I hate training but it is my burning desire to experience how it is to have a normal life even for a fleeting time. I was challenged to past this test and I must.    Dad noticed that I was tensed. “Relax Abby! I assure you can pass this test. Just use your good judgment not more playing on your heartstrings.  You are the main character in the story. You are the superhero. You'll go on a mission. You'll be only given one day to accomplish the mission. Your siblings would be the support characters. They are going with you. Haniel won't go with you in this mission or Khail or me. Let's discuss the details. Abby."

Chapter XVI: The Legacy: The Dawn of the Fallen Angels

“Abigail, meditate on the power within you in the physical realms. In your spiritual world, that could be easily manifested but in the physical universe, you always have to choose which the lesser evil is. Think positively. Rid of those negative thoughts. Remember your mind is your reality. Think of the good intentions and manifest them in your physical world.” I could hear every word grandfather utter in the early dawn of the sweet September morning. September is the last month of summer in Japan. My sweats glittered like diamond beads. They were falling down my face. I had no intention of wiping those sweats.  The climate was muggy rising to 86°F. Oh training, discipline and meditation, we almost do this for couple of years. I now master the mind power that includes the subconscious mind. I could blend them together in one realm but I don’t limit this realm as just a quantum jumping or there is an alternate universe.  Mine is a congenital power for part of my seed was that of an angel.

I am standing in the center of the circle. I have to keep myself intact within the circle. I could not go out or stepped the white line or I’ll be grounded. I hate being grounded. Grandfather would punish me severely under the intense heat of the sun without using any of my power. He would let me sit steadily and concentrate more. My brain got screwed sometimes. I got tired and drained too. I always want to live a normal life like any other kids in town.  Sometimes I rebelled against the imposition on me.  I remembered one time I sent the wind blew in the opposite direction. It resulted to a twister. Cumulonimbus clouds formed in the sky and a violent pressure winds were swirling down to the earth’s surface.  I was actually rebelling inside with my eyes closed. I didn’t realize that grandfather, Zar, Joey, Richard, Khail and his sons were already in commotion.  Daddy shook me and said, “Stop it Abigail. Oh Jesus, stop it. Calm your nerves before you destroyed the neighboring towns. ” I opened my eyes. I shuddered to what I see. All dark and the twister were forming towards direction east. I saw Khail and Mikhail driving the wind back to its former direction. Zar and Joey were airborne destroying the cumulonimbus clouds. Richard, Stephen and Darwin were blocking the winds not to travel east. Daddy scorned me. His eyes were furious. He was mad. “Abigail, you created this catastrophe. Do something about this. I can forgive your stubbornness but I can’t condone you if many people get hurt and die.”  That was the first time I saw daddy goaded with anger. I got tensed. I trembled.  I got the message. I know how he cared about human beings.

I embraced daddy to soothe his anger. He looked straight into my eyes while holding my shoulders. “Do something my baby.” In one great speed, I was airborne.  I was suspended in motion hundreds of feet from the ground. The winds were getting stronger and I could see that the angels were having a hard time combatting the winds not to travel east. The skies were turning darker. From time to time there were electronic discharges in the skies that I knew sent a panicky feeling to the people at the neighboring town. There were crashing booming sounds caused by thunders. Thunders shook the earth. I have few minutes left to correct my blunder or these angelic creatures of God and my dad would never forgive me at all. “Oh my God, I said to myself. Help me to correct my blunder.”  An instant ignition came to my mind like a light bulb. I sat in a yoga position and closed my eyes. I murmured, “You the winds of west Japan, where you sow your fruit there, return to the west. You west wind, disentangled yourselves from the east wind.” I could feel some resistance from the winds. I concentrated again and ordered, “You west winds disentangle yourselves from the east wind or I will destroy you and you’ll never sow your fruit again here on earth.”  There was still resistance. I concentrate more pulling all the chakras within me. I then stood up and raised my arms and released the chakras within me. I commanded the chakras to destroy the cumulonimbus clouds that cause the twister. There was violet uproar in the skies. The cumulonimbus clouds released rains but I was quick to command the rains to disperse. The west wind and the east wind separated from each other. I told to the west wind, “Back off.”  The west wind back off and returned to the western part of Japan. Suddenly, the sun pops out from the clouds smiling beamingly telling me, “Good job Abby.”

“Abigail” I heard grandfather calling me. My mind returned to the present. “Yes grandfather,” I answered. “What do you have in your mind,” asked grandfather. “Oh nothing grandfather. Just reminiscing memories from the past,” I said. “Those stupid things I have done in the past, grandfather. Ha ha ha ha,” I laughed. Grandfather smiled radiantly at me. “Those were no stupid things granddaughter. Those were powers out of proportion. Out of …let me say your liking doing it.” “Yeah grandfather. It was like a game to me, that whatever I want, I want to do it. At present, I know the difference. When to use it, when not to use it!”   I have one exercise for you before our training ends. This is the most magnificent thing that you did in your years existence,” he emphasized. “What do you want me to do, grandfather?” I was excited. Thrilled came to me that moment he mentioned it. I like challenge. Whether I can beat it or not!  “Turn the petals of cherry blossoms to butterflies,” he commanded. My eyes turned big and my face glow. I could still remember how I turned the petals into butterflies. “Yes grandfather, I can do it right away.” With one instant moment, the petals of the cherry blossoms turned to butterflies with different colors – blue, red, brown, violet, yellow, black, white, orange and multi-colorful butterflies. They were flying all around.  Then I turned the dry leaves to red roses-the favorite color of my mom. The angels were awed of what they see in the surroundings. It was splendid and like a paradise. I told myself, “If this world could be a better place like this.”

Training was often exhilarating. I returned to my room to take a shower. The dripping of the water all over my body sent a relaxing sensation.  I soaped my body with a rose-perfumed scent.  I was in my puberty stage. I have noticed that I was undergoing physical and psychological changes. My breasts were fuller and a spurt in my height. Now I stand 5’ 6” at my age of 12.  I was tall at 12.  I was getting a sexy figure with a little curve in my waist.  This could  caught the attention of guys if I was exposed.  Pubic hairs were growing too that I needed to shave my armpit to get rid of those unwanted hairs. Physically, I was more of human but what encompasses me most was more of spiritual being. When I looked at myself in a mirror, my physical appearance was more likely of my mom. My violet eyes flaring and turning to red if I sensed emergency.

I touched my reflection in the mirror. I was extremely beautiful, like a goddess but I was the dangerous specie on earth to our nemesis, August. I, Abigail Josephus aka Therah Smith would have to face him soon. How soon? I knew that somewhere in Syria they were readying for a war with us. I don’t have nuclear weapons that August have. Mine, was subterfuge.
