Soul Searching

Maybe Bryan was hyperactive when he was still formed in her mother’s womb. I said this because he is perky (malukit) in some situations when he is in  your company. That is a childlike attitude that is proactive in him but on the other hand his being childlike is predominantly sweet, caring and amiable. Sometimes too you would be caught off guard because he can be brutally blunt and voracious. That is totally Bryan. Without these traits from him, then you would ask in day if this is really Bryan that you are associating with. Born under zodiac sign Taurus, stubbornness runs through his veins.

Hi Bryan, I said one day. I have created a new blog and I gonna feature you in my blog to  add some colors  and spices to it. I don't know how he reacted for I was in a hurry to leave. He might be  entertaining many questions in his mind what I am going to write about him. I know he has read my other articles yet he did not tell me if he loves them except the shout out I read this morning from FB. Writing is one big challenge. I have my flaws and need to polish more. 

I felt dizzy yesterday due to the  atmospheric heat of the sun. Even now the weather is so warm. The weather was at 23°C to 34°C yesterday. I was perspiring all over but then I have to go to McDonald IT Park where we agreed to have a meeting to plan marketing strategies for Frontrow and to discuss about the forthcoming photo shoots.  Fritz was there, Joebert, Jenny, Sabel, Chim, Bryan, Me and the young lady. I took the opportune time to have a short interview with Bryan in between the meeting.   Of course, we often meet him at the Qualfon "campus" but I bet we have to know him a little bit of.  Oh not his private life but just a glimpse of him.

Like many others who want to have a career growth, Bryan wangled to being an Operations Supervisor. Yah the road to success was rough and rocky ahead. Just like in the garden, you have to put muscles to do the mulching to protect plants from soil erosion. It was really so tough but one good thing; he made it to the top. I met Bryan way back in 2007 in Walmart Department. He was so sprightly  and talkative. Bryan being around erased the boredom but prepare yourself to his lambing. Life in a call center is one heck of stressful. His noise is like music.

Bryan started an ordinary agent on September 24, 2007. He was deployed to Customer Retention Team (CRT)for 3 months then transferred to Walmart Department (now Retailer) for 6 months. Then he was transferred to KANA Department and stayed there for a year. Due to the career path in the Company, he applied as Quality Analyst and indeed passed the hurdle. I did too. Our path crossed in 12^th Floor in 2010 and there he went again, so perky. He was first endorsed to Operations as Operations Supervisor and small world I stumbled on him again in the Straight Talk Department.   Our lives have never been the same again in Operations. It is one hell of helluva. 

There are thousands of unwanted challenges in Operations. The moment there are obscure changes in the guidelines that can churn you up and twist your stomach. There are unending issues that can make you crazy yet without these challenges, life can never be such thrilling in Operations. When I asked Bryan how he cope to stress. He answered me through “Ease Stress”. Ease stress is conditioning your mind to think positive and it is more on physical wellness and physical balances.

Bryan is also an active member of FRONTROW since March of this year. Before he thought that networking is some sort of a scam but this thinking was changed when he became a member. He learned that FRONTROW is big opportunity to earn money rather than to be employed where there is a fix salary and to become a millionaire by working on the core foundation to become successful. He said it is only a matter of thinking right in a day and set a goal to achieve it. He also gains exposure in workshops like, dancing, modelling, singing and among others.
