THE LEGACY: The Dawn of the Fallen Angels Prologue

We [the Divine We] said to the angels, "Prostrate yourself before Adam," and they all prostrated themselves except Iblis (Diablo); he was not of those who bowed down. God said, "What has kept you from bowing down when I commanded you?" He said, "I am better than he; you have created me out of fire, but he was created out of clay." God said, "Get down; it is not for you to show insolence here; so go forth, for surely you are one of the least of beings." He said, "Then grant me some respite until the day of resurrection." And God said, "Then, be one of those given leave."

"So now that You have let me go astray, I shall surely do my best to waylay human beings from Your straight path. I shall place myself ahead of them, or come up behind them, or from the right or left, and most of them You will find are not grateful (for Your Mercies)." God said, "Go thee, disgraced and expelled, and those that follow you, I shall surely fill Hell with them."

THE DAWN OF THE FALLEN ANGELS

Author’s note:   I would like to apologize for any names use here that coincides with your name. Everything is a product of my imagination.  The story explodes from my mind over the frustrations of the ancestral properties that we are still having a debate.  Writing a story about legacy might relieved me from frustrations and the nightmares that my deceased father is bestowing in me.
PROLOGUE

IN AGES they say, that in order to get rich then you have to dig a pot of gold. My father did! He had not only dug a pot of gold but bullion of gold plus tons of gem stones composed of rubies, amethysts, sapphires, emeralds and mostly diamonds. These were the hidden treasures of the past owned by fallen angels. When God cast the rebellious angels thousands years ago, they collected the underground treasures and put them in one place called the “Temple of Nowhere with the hope that one day the fallen angels can use the treasures to persuade human, the most loved creature of God to rebel against their Creator but not with one fallen angel, Zar. Zar had never have peace of mind for joining the rebellion and he was grieving inside. He wanted God to forgive his sins but there was no forgiveness. That was a great offense. One big colossal greed of power to outcast God made Heaven in chaos. Michael, the Archangel, and his minions won the battle. Michael was the commander of the Lord’s army in Heaven.  He defeated Lucifer and the rebellious angels. God threw Lucifer and the rebellious angels to the pit called “Hell” and some of his angels were cast out to earth. It was believed that a total of 133,306,666 angels fell from heaven. One of those was Zar.

Lucifer was with perfect beauty, the cherub of the earth was once favored by God. God created angels in spiritual form. They were given deliberate free will to reject sin or not.  When God decided to create humans in His own image and likeness He was very pleased. It was a great masterpiece of God. God created humans to rule over the earth and this made Lucifer in rage. Lucifer was more in rage when God ordered him and his angels to bow before men. They could not accept to just bow before humans because to them they were created more superior than humans so they revolt against God.

Zar like any other angels was full of wisdom. Like Lucifer, he could not accept to bow before men so he joined the rebellion. He was gifted by God with photographic memory. He could capture any details and information. He was super genius.  His mind was like a computer that could store gigabytes of data.  He was tall guy, nearly 7 feet, very masculine with broad shoulders, green electrifying eyes, black hair and striking beauty. His wings made him soar high and could travel like the speed of sound.  His eyes could melt your heart when he looks. He had telescopic eyes and could also hear sounds from thousand miles.

When Zar learned about the plan of the fallen angels, he disguised to participate with the plan but on the contrary he thwarted the plan. Revolting once against God was enough for him.  The Temple of Nowhere where the treasures were kept was locked with a security code called the riddle of rebellion.  The riddle was written in a papyrus. Only the high command of angles knew the riddle but they agreed to write the riddle down and sealed it.  The riddle would be passed on to their generations. The fallen angels agreed that elderly Amon should keep the riddle. Oblivious to them, Zar was able to read the riddle before it was sealed and handed down to Amon. Zar memorized in one wink of his eyes. The riddle stayed in the photographic mind of Zar for a life time. Any human beings could not unlock the security code. Any attempts would cause their lives and limbs.  The temple was guarded with evil spirits and demons that only the riddle could break the spell. He promised to get these hidden treasures, if not him then a person under his lineage.  After his comrades placed the treasures in a safe and secured place they all fled in different directions all over the world. Some fallen angels went to Middle East, Asia and Europe and established their lives. They disguised themselves as human and intermingle with humans. They married human women, the beautiful creation of God and begets children. The fallen angels have almost forgotten the hidden treasures. They were happy with their marriages to human beings that they almost forgot their plan of rebellion in the future. Although the fallen angels lived thousand years they would still die because part of the punishment was death when their bloods mixed with mortals. That punishment they have accepted because they could not live forever on earth with God’s wrath.  But not with the lineage of Amon, he had the riddle. Amon chose to live in Syria and after a thousand years decided to marry. Amon had been watching Sariah since she was 10 years old until the day she turned to be beautiful lady and started courting her. Sariah’s father was a blacksmith. Amon was smitten by Sariah’s innocence. They got married in simple wedding rites. She had borne him four sons. Among his sons, his favorite was Jedai. He knew that by  marrying a human woman he would be mortal but he did not regret at all because she had borne him sons. He now understood that having children was fulfilling.  Before Amon’s demise, he passed the riddle to Jedai explaining that the riddle was all about the hidden treasures. Jedai did not have the courage to find the hidden treasures for fear that it would take his life but he had not forgotten the last parting words of his  father. Before Jedai died, he passed the scroll to his son, Eran and this was passed until the 70th generation, the generation of August. August was wicked and greedy. The kind of man who loves power and malice!    When his father revealed that in the sealed scroll was the key to hidden treasures, he immediately had the delusion to get the treasures by hook or by crook. His father explained that he needs to memorize the riddle to break the spell but the problem was the riddle was written in bizarre language that only angels can understand. Only Zar is left among the fallen angels who  can interpret the riddle in the language of men.

Zar went to Asia but he never married when he was thrown down to earth after the revolt. He transformed his self into a human form. His physical looks was still that of angel. He kept his feathery wings at his back and fly when necessary. He still scorned the day he rebelled against God. He lived alone in the Himalayan Mountains. Traversing with time and communing with the nature. He was like a monk - praying hard for the day God would forgive him. He only ate fruits and vegetables. For thousands years, Zar maintained celibacy. Marriage had not yet occurred to him until a day he was awakened by a loud voice telling him, “Zar, you transformed into human, go and multiply.”  When the voice faded, he was perspiring and trembling for he knew that God was speaking to him. His Master!  Zar fled from Himalayan Mountains and traveled over Asia using his wings. His wings were radiant white and up in the sky he flew like a bird. He could travel like the speed of a supersonic jet.  He kept flying for many days undecided where to settle down until one day  he heard a cry of a girl who was in deep trouble. The girl was hanging on a branch of a tree on a steep side of the rocky mountain. She had been hanging there for quarter of minutes.  She could no longer hold on to the tree so she shouted for help. She was looking for herbal medicines for her mother who had been suffering from bleeding due to myoma in the ovary when her feet slipped and she fell but lucky enough to grip a branch of the tree. Seeing that the girl was in danger, Zar swiftly landed on the soil of Japan. He hid his wings at his back. He grabbed the hand of the girl and instantly he was love struck. Zar introduced his name and on the other hand, Ayumi told her name to Zar. Zar could understand "Nippon-go" for he was an angel. Zar understands any languages.  Ayumi was petite, fragile, small nose, slim and charming. Her skin was white like a snow.  She had dimples on her cheek which attracted Zar. Most of all, Ayumi had a humble heart. She was a daughter of peasants. Zar healed the mother of Ayumi and after months of courting her, they got married in a Shinto Shrines in 1939. Zar had foreseen that World War II would happen. That Japan would  rise to power and formed its own axis forces.  He told Ayumi that they need to go to place where they could not be reached by atomic and nuclear war brought about by human’s greed for power. At this moment also, Zar  revealed to Ayumi his real identity that he was one of the fallen angels but he had repented for his sin.  Ayumi was stunned at first but because of her great love for Zar, she embraced Zar for what he was. Zar brought Ayumi and her parents  back to the Himalayan Mountains where Zar build an invincible dwelling for them. During the war,  Ayumi gave birth to a baby boy on June 11, 1941.  Zar named his son, John Joseph, my father. Zar and Ayumi had only one child.

My father had the only key to hidden treasures secured in the Temple of Nowhere. The acquiring of the treasures made my father the  richest man in the world but this also endangered the life of my father and my life. This never made August in peace and he promised to catch up with my father.  This is where the story my life begins… The story of “THE LEGACY.”

To be continued...
